Do you deliver to the door?

Yes! We offer direct-to-door hygiene box delivery, ensuring convenience and efficiency. We deliver anywhere in the UK, Europe, and EMEA countries. Whether it's to your home, store, shopping mall counter, pop-up shop, exhibition, event, or office, we've got you covered! ⭐

How much is delivery?

We offer free UK standard delivery on orders of £15 or more. For orders under £15, delivery is £3.50. Next-day delivery is available for £4.95, regardless of the order value. EU deliveries cost £24. Full details and delivery options are shown at checkout.🚀

Do you offer same day delivery for emergencies?

We are always happy to help our clients and we know that sometimes emergencies happen especially with events and store supplies. If we can help, we will.  Get in touch with us by phone Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on020 3601 8365.❤️

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver within the UK and EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.🛫

We are pleased to offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £15. For orders under £15, UK standard delivery costs £3.50.

For UK Next Working Day delivery, the cost is £4.95, regardless of the order value. Premium Next Day delivery options are available upon request—please contact us for further details.

EU deliveries via DPD Road Service typically take 5 to 7 working days and cost £24.00 per order.

Please note:

• Next Day delivery is available for Mainland UK only. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take longer.
• Premium Next Day delivery is location-dependent. Please contact us for assistance.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive based on the delivery option you selected at checkout. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you chose one of our courier services, you’ll also get a notification from the courier with tracking details to keep you in the loop!🫡😊

Will I get a tracking notification from DPD?

Yes, you will receive, on dispatch, notification and tracking from DPD.😊

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition! If your item is damaged during transit, please email us at admin@beautyscienceuk.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include a description of the issue and a photo of the damage so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our team is here to help and will work to sort everything out with minimal inconvenience to you.🤲🏻

Can I cancel my order?

We hope you don’t want to cancel your order, but recognise sometimes, things change and we are happy to help.🤝

You can call us on 020 3601 8365 during opening hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm) or email us at admin@beautyscienceuk.uk as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Do you do returns and replacements?

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but mistakes can happen. If an issue occurs, please email us at orders@beautyscienceuk.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item 💡:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods to request a Returns Authorisation.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Please note:

• Returns of free items (as part of an offer) must include the full offer.
• Faulty goods may take up to 21 days for testing.
• Non-standard or special items cannot be returned.
• Due to EU hygiene regulations, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for items returned in a non-saleable condition.

Our range of products has been tested independently to deliver the following certified levels of protection against bacterial and viral infection:

EN1296 antibacterial, EN13697 antibacterial, EN1650 yeasticical/fungicidal., EN13697 yesticidal/fungicidal, EN14476 enveloped virucidal activity including coronavirus. 💪🏼✅

Have your products been independently tested for claims?

Absolutely. We work with some of the UK’s leading formulation experts and testing laboratories.  The independent tests are based on Europen standard tests (EN) across a range of data sets – from safety to efficacy.  The Pro Hygiene Collection® range has passed all the tests set out to meet these standards.✅

Are your products vegan & cruelty free?

Yes, The Pro Hygiene Collection® range is 100% vegan and accredited by The Vegan Society. Our products are never tested on animals and are proudly certified by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), a UK-based charity dedicated to protecting animal rights.🐇

Are the bamboo buds biodegradable?
